This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit theriverofwealth.com (the "Site"), use our services, join our membership, or communicate with us by phone, email, or text message (collectively, the "Services").

3. SMS / Text Messaging Program (TCPA Disclosure)

If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in, The River of Wealth may send you SMS/text messages related to your account, membership, live calls, promotions, and other updates ("SMS Program"). This section governs your participation in the SMS Program and is provided in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and related regulations.

a. Consent. By providing your mobile number and checking the applicable consent box (or otherwise opting in), you expressly consent to receive recurring SMS/text messages from The River of Wealth, including autodialed or automated messages, at the mobile number provided. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message content may include appointment reminders, account notifications, membership updates, promotional offers, and other information related to our Services.

b. Message Frequency. Message frequency varies. You may receive multiple messages per month depending on your account activity and communication preferences.

c. Message and Data Rates. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. The River of Wealth is not responsible for any charges from your wireless carrier.

d. Opt-Out. You may opt out of the SMS Program at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send "STOP," we will send a confirmation message, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt back in. You may also contact us directly at the information listed in Section 12 to request removal.

e. Help. For help, reply HELP to any message, or contact us at the phone number or email listed in Section 12.

f. Carriers. Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Carriers are not responsible for any delays or failures in message delivery.

g. No Sharing for Third-Party Marketing. Mobile opt-in information and phone numbers collected for the purposes of SMS consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

h. Other Channels. Your consent to receive SMS messages is separate from any consent you may provide for phone calls or email marketing. You may opt out of each communication channel independently.

4. Legal Basis and Consent for Communications

Where required by law, we rely on your consent, our legitimate business interests, or the necessity of processing to perform a contract with you (such as providing membership access) as the basis for collecting and using your personal information.

You may withdraw consent for marketing communications (email, SMS, or phone) at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Service providers who perform functions on our behalf, such as payment processing, hosting, email/SMS delivery, scheduling, analytics, and customer relationship management

  • Community platform providers (e.g., our community hosting platform) to facilitate community participation

  • Professional advisors, such as legal, accounting, or compliance consultants

  • Regulators or law enforcement, where required to comply with legal obligations, protect our rights, or respond to lawful requests

  • A successor entity, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we have collected information from a child without parental consent, we will delete it.
