Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using theriverofwealth.com (the "Site") or purchasing a membership with The River of Wealth ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Site, River Edge software, community, live calls, educational content, and any other services we offer (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing the Site, starting a free trial, or purchasing a membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.
2. Not Financial, Investment, or Tax Advice
This is the most important section of these Terms. Please read it carefully.
The River of Wealth provides general financial and options-trading education, software tools (including River Edge), and community access. Nothing on the Site, in River Edge, in live calls, in the community, or in any content we provide constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. We are not registered as a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or financial planner with the SEC, FINRA, or any state regulator, and nothing in the Services should be construed as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or to pursue any particular investment strategy.
All content, including performance figures, member stories, and examples, is for educational and informational purposes only.
Any results, testimonials, or figures referenced (including specific dollar amounts, percentages, or annualized returns) reflect the experience of specific individuals under specific circumstances and are not representative of typical results. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
Options trading, and trading and investing generally, involve substantial risk of loss, including the potential loss of your entire investment, and are not suitable for all investors.
You are solely responsible for your own investment and trading decisions. Before making any financial decision, you should consult a licensed financial advisor, tax professional, or attorney regarding your individual circumstances.
The River Edge software provides analytical tools and data outputs to assist your own decision-making. It does not generate personalized investment recommendations and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any trading decision.
By using the Services, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree that The River of Wealth is not liable for any trading or investment losses you may incur.
3. Membership, Free Trial, and Billing
a. Free Trial. New members may be offered a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period unless otherwise stated at signup. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your membership will automatically convert to a paid subscription and your payment method will be charged.
b. Subscription Plans. We offer monthly and annual membership plans at the pricing displayed on the Site at the time of purchase. Pricing is subject to change; changes will not affect an already-active billing cycle without notice.
c. Automatic Renewal. Memberships automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) unless canceled prior to the renewal date. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for each renewal period.
d. Cancellation. You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the Services through the end of the period you've already paid for.
e. Refunds. Except as required by law or expressly stated at the time of purchase, payments are non-refundable, including partial-month or partial-year fees. Canceling does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period already paid.
f. Failed Payments. If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and/or suspend your access to the Services until payment is resolved.
4. Use of River Edge Software
River Edge is provided as a tool to help you analyze options trades. It is provided "as is," and while we strive for accuracy, we make no guarantee that any data, calculation, or output is complete, accurate, or error-free. You are responsible for independently verifying any information before acting on it. We are not liable for losses resulting from reliance on River Edge outputs.
5. Community Guidelines
Access to our community (hosted on a third-party platform) is included with membership. When participating in the community, you agree to:
Treat other members and staff with respect
Not solicit other members for competing products or services
Not share account access or content behind the paywall with non-members
Not post unlawful, harassing, abusive, or misleading content
Not provide personalized financial advice to other members
We reserve the right to remove content or suspend/terminate community access for violations of these guidelines, at our sole discretion.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site and within the Services — including but not limited to text, videos, software (including River Edge), graphics, logos, course materials, and community content created by us — is owned by or licensed to The River of Wealth and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the content for your personal, non-commercial use during your active membership. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.
7. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, software, or other members' accounts
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of River Edge or other proprietary software
Share, resell, or sublicense your membership access
Interfere with the proper functioning of the Site or Services
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
9. Testimonials and Results Disclaimer
Testimonials, case studies, and performance figures shared on the Site or in marketing materials reflect the real experiences of specific members but are individual results and are not typical. They are not a guarantee, promise, or representation of future performance or earnings. Your results will vary based on your own actions, market conditions, risk tolerance, and capital.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE RIVER OF WEALTH, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO TRADING LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, OR LOSS OF DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The River of Wealth and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your trading and investment decisions.
13. Communications Consent
By providing your contact information and opting in, you consent to receive email and/or SMS text message communications from us regarding your account, membership, and promotional offers, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. SMS communications are additionally governed by our SMS Program terms described in our Privacy Policy, including your right to opt out at any time by replying STOP.
14. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
a. Informal Resolution. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at the information in Section 18 to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
b. Binding Arbitration. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by [Insert Arbitration Body, e.g., the American Arbitration Association] under its applicable rules, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court.
